Get a Free QuoteHow to Pack Your Parcel for Delivery
Packing your parcel well reduces the chance of damage. Follow these steps.
- Choose a corrugated box that is slightly bigger than the item. Leave at least 5 cm of padding on all sides.
- Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap. Fill gaps with crumpled paper.
- Seal the box with wide packing tape. Use several strips on every opening seam (H-tape method).
- Write the delivery address on the top surface of the box. Put a copy inside the box as well.
- Add a FRAGILE sticker and THIS SIDE UP marking on the correct face of the box.
- For documents, use a waterproof sleeve inside a padded envelope.

Sealed non-hazardous liquids like cosmetics can be sent if they are in leak-proof containers with extra waterproof packing. Flammable liquids are not allowed.
POD is a record that the parcel was delivered. It usually shows the recipient's name and signature. Ask us for it if you need it for your records.
